Payment Terms
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Business Checks for prepaid accounts.
A $35.00 service charge is applied for NSF or returned checks.

Shipping
All orders ship from West Berlin, NJ via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or UPS/FedEx freight. Final shipping charges are calculated based on dimensional weight and destination.
Returns
All sales are considered final. The option to return any merchandise will be determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. All authorized returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived in the event of damaged merchandise or shipping error by Briarwood Lane.
Claims for Damage
All damage claims must be reported within 10 business days. Damage claims that occurred during shipment will be filed with the shipping carrier.
Marketplace Sellers
Briarwood Lane is committed to supporting independent retailers with stores focused on Gift, Garden, Hardware, and Specialty Products. To protect our customers, we are unable to approve marketplace sellers (Amazon.com, Ebay, Rakuten, etc.). Any customer found to be in violation of this policy is subject to immediate account closure.
